When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. La Hằng Design may accept or decline an order at its own discretion.
An order is confirmed only once we have sent a confirmation notice and received valid payment.
Please review your order carefully before placing it, as cancellation after confirmation may not be possible.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Alterations & Returns Policy.
You agree that purchases are for personal use, not for resale or export.
SECTION 4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices, promotions and offers may change without prior notice.
The price that applies is the price at the time of ordering, as shown in your order confirmation email.
Listed prices may exclude taxes, shipping fees, customs charges and other additional costs.
Online prices may differ from prices at our atelier or through other sales channels.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and to keep it up to date so that we can process your transaction.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control.
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage passes to the client when the garment is handed to the courier.
