SHIPPING POLICY – LA HẰNG DESIGN
1. Shipping coverage
La Hằng Design ships throughout Vietnam and internationally on request.
Garments are dispatched through the courier best suited to each destination.
2. Production and delivery times
• Standard bespoke production: approximately 2–4 weeks from the confirmation of your measurements and receipt of your deposit.
• Once your piece is complete, the order is handed to our courier for delivery to the address you have provided.
• Delivery times are estimates only and depend on your region and the courier.
La Hằng Design is not liable for delays arising from:
• The courier
• Customs procedures
• Weather conditions
• Force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control
3. Responsibility and risk in transit
Risk of loss or damage passes to the client from the moment the garment is handed to the courier.
That said, La Hằng Design will do everything reasonably possible to assist in protecting your interests should a shipping incident occur.
4. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are quoted for each order and depend on:
• The delivery region
• The weight and dimensions of the garment
• The shipping method
Any additional charges such as import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the client.
5. Ordering and delivery process
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your commission.
• La Hằng Design will send detailed measurement instructions for you to follow at home.
• Once your piece is finished, we dispatch it to the address you have provided.
• If alterations are needed, you may return the garment to our atelier and we will adjust and return it as quickly as possible so that it is ready for your occasion.
