Each product supports a maximum of 2 adjustments within 5 days from the date of receipt.

Customers can send the product to the store at 41 Phung Hung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or send photos and try-on videos for remote consultation and adjustment guidance.

Adjustment time is 3 to 7 working days.

In case of serious technical errors or if the product does not match the agreed-upon design, La Hằng Design will review and provide appropriate exchange or return support, with the desire that each design delivered to the customer is a complete and reliable experience.
