For hand-embroidered pieces, do not iron directly over the embellishment.

Each product supports a maximum of 2 adjustments within 5 days from the date of receipt.

Customers can send the product to the store at 41 Phung Hung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or send photos and try-on videos for remote consultation and adjustment guidance.

Adjustment time is 3 to 7 working days.
